Rotaract Club of Pune Zenith in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Pune Pristine conducted an event 'Navrang', on the occasion of Navratri; The women centric actions to empower women as on 23rd Oct, 2020 IKIGAI, "A talk about Mental Health". The event covered following points:

• Red Flags- Explaining the points on the ppt plus mention some extras.
• Triggers- Explain the headings on the ppt and mention extras,
INTRO OF IKIGAI
• Treatments- Headings will be mentioned and they will be explained.
• ACTIVITY- Meme Game!!
