It takes preparations and training to be a good team! To be a good leader, it takes an effort to understand why we are here, and what we have to do! We RAC Pune Zenith along with RAC Pune Hillside, RAC Pune Ganeshkhind and RAC Pune Warje successfully hosted "The District Team Training Seminar" at 'Shantivan' as on the 1st and 2nd of February 2020, to guide the council members of RIY 2020-21. It was a 2 days training program for our upcoming LEAD council. Many of our great leaders and past DRR’s of Rotaract fraternity graced this session by their presence. It was fun to host this event and a great opportunity to increase bonding and networking. We would like to thank DRRE Rtr. Parth Jaokar and RID 3131 for giving us an opportunity to host DTTS.
